PakEsports allows users to upload images and files including profile avatars, squad logos, match result screenshots, payment proof images, and ban evidence images.

You — the user who uploads the content — are solely and entirely responsible for everything you upload. PakEsports does not review, verify, or moderate uploaded content in real time. By uploading any content, you confirm that:

• You have the right to upload it. • It does not violate any law, regulation, or third-party rights. • It is accurate, unedited, and not misleading (particularly for match screenshots and payment proofs).

PakEsports accepts no responsibility for the accuracy, legality, or authenticity of user-uploaded content. Any consequences arising from false, fabricated, or harmful uploads — including disputes, bans, or legal action — are the sole responsibility of the uploading user.

Match result screenshots submitted through PakEsports are provided by coaches/players and have not been independently verified by PakEsports. The platform provides a dispute mechanism, but we cannot guarantee the authenticity of any submitted screenshot.

PakEsports shall not be held liable for incorrect results caused by a fabricated or manipulated screenshot. The coach who submits a screenshot bears full legal and moral responsibility for its accuracy. Submitting false match results is a serious violation of our Terms & Conditions and will result in an immediate ban.

PakEsports facilitates the submission of payment proofs between coaches and tournament hosts. PakEsports does not process, hold, verify, or transfer any funds.

All payment transactions occur directly between the parties (coach and host). PakEsports is not a financial institution, payment gateway, or escrow service. We do not guarantee that any payment has been made or received.

Users who submit fraudulent payment proof images — whether edited, fabricated, or from an unrelated transaction — are committing fraud and bear full legal responsibility. PakEsports will cooperate with law enforcement where required.

Tournament hosts operate independently on the PakEsports platform. PakEsports does not organise, manage, adjudicate, or guarantee the outcome of any tournament hosted by a third party on the platform.

Prize money or rewards promised by a host are the sole responsibility of that host. PakEsports makes no guarantee regarding prize distribution and shall not be liable for any host's failure to pay promised prizes.

Participants enter tournaments at their own discretion and risk. PakEsports strongly recommends participating only in tournaments hosted by verified or reputable hosts.
