1. Acceptance of Terms

Platform access karke, tum PakEsports ke sath ek legally binding agreement mein enter hote ho. Ye Terms kabhi bhi update ho sakte hain. Changes post hone ke baad continued use, revised Terms ki tumhari acceptance ko represent karta hai. Hum active users ko material changes ke baare mein in-platform notifications se batayenge.

2. Eligibility

• Register karne ke liye tumhari umar kam se kam 13 saal honi chahiye. 18 saal se kam users ko parental consent hona chahiye.
• Tumhein accurate, current, aur complete registration information deni hogi.
• Har banda sirf ek account rakh sakta hai. Duplicate accounts bina notice ke ban ho sakte hain.
• PakEsports mukhtasar taur par Pakistan ke users ke liye design kiya gaya hai, lekin international users public content access kar sakte hain.

3. Accounts

Tum apne account credentials ki confidentiality maintain karne ke aur apne account ke andar hone wali sab activity ke zimmedar ho. Agar tumhe unauthorised access ka shak ho to turant contact@pakesports.com par humein batao.

PakEsports apni sole discretion par, prior notice ke sath ya bina, in Terms ko violate karne wale kisi bhi account ko suspend ya permanently ban karne ka right rakhta hai.

PakEsports hosts aur coaches ke darmiyan payment instructions (jaise JazzCash, EasyPaisa, bank accounts) display karne ki sahulat deta hai. PakEsports koi bhi funds process, hold, collect, ya transfer nahi karta. Sab payments seedha coach aur host ke darmiyan hoti hain.

Ghalat ya fabricated payment proof screenshot submit karna strictly prohibited hai aur platform se turant ban ka result hoga.

6. User Content

Tum apne upload kiye content (avatars, screenshots, logos, images) ki ownership rakhte ho. Upload karke, tum PakEsports ko us content ko store, display, aur process karne ka ek non-exclusive, royalty-free licence dete ho, sirf Platform ke features provide karne ke liye.

Tum apne upload kiye sab content ke akele aur poori tarah zimmedar ho. Tumhein ye upload nahi karna chahiye:

• Content jo Pakistani law ke tehat illegal hai.
• Content jo third-party intellectual property rights infringe karta hai.
• Pornographic, violent, ya kisi aur tarah ka harmful content.
• Content jo kisi individual ko harass, threaten, ya defame karta hai.
• Deceive karne ke liye fabricated ya manipulated screenshots.

PakEsports in Terms ko violate karne wale kisi bhi content ko bina notice ke remove karne ka right rakhta hai.

7. Prohibited Conduct

Ye sab PakEsports par strictly prohibited hain:

• Kisi bhi tarah ki cheating, aimbots, hacks, restricted modes mein emulators, ya unfair advantage dene wale third-party software ka use shamil.
• Kisi doosre player, host, ya kisi PakEsports staff member ki impersonation.
• Ban circumvent karne ya unfair advantage lene ke liye multiple accounts banana.
• Kisi bhi user ko religion, ethnicity, gender, ya kisi bhi characteristic ki bunyad par harassment, bullying, ya hate speech.
• Platform ke systems ya kisi doosre user ke account ko access, interfere, ya compromise karne ki koshish.
• Bugs ya vulnerabilities ko report karne ki bajaye personal gain ke liye exploit karna.
• Tournament results manipulate karne ke liye opponents ke sath collude karna.
• Official platform payment flow se bahar players se entry fees solicit karna.

8. Intellectual Property

PakEsports naam, logo, design, aur platform code PakEsports ki intellectual property hai aur written permission ke bina reproduce nahi kiye ja sakte.

PUBG Mobile® Krafton Inc. ka registered trademark hai. PakEsports ek independent community platform hai aur Krafton Inc. se affiliated, endorsed, ya sponsored nahi hai. Is platform par reference hone wale sab third-party trademarks unke apne owners ki property hain.

9. Limitation of Liability

Law ke ijazat di gayi fullest extent tak, PakEsports, uske founders, employees, aur contributors in cheezon ke liye liable nahi honge:

• Kisi tournament mein participation ya uske outcome se paida hone wala koi loss ya damage.
• Tournament host ke through na diya gaya prize money.
• Platform ki guidance se bahar kiye gaye payments se financial losses.
• Data ka loss, profit ka loss, ya koi indirect ya consequential damages.
• Platform par doosre users ke actions ya content.
• Platform downtime, bugs, ya data inaccuracies.

Platform "as is" provide kiya jata hai, kisi bhi tarah ki express ya implied warranties ke bina.

10. Termination

Tum Settings page se kabhi bhi apna account delete kar sakte ho. Agar tum in Terms ko violate karte ho ya humein lagta hai ke tumhare actions platform, doosre users, ya PakEsports ko nuksan pohcha sakte hain, to PakEsports bina notice ke tumhara account suspend ya permanently terminate kar sakta hai.

Termination ke baad, Platform use karne ka tumhara right turant khatam ho jata hai. Wo provisions jo apni nature ki wajah se termination ke baad bhi survive honi chahiye (liability, intellectual property, aur governing law sections shamil) survive karengi.

11. Governing Law

Ye Terms Islamic Republic of Pakistan ke laws ke mutabiq govern aur construe hote hain. In Terms ke tehat paida hone wale koi bhi disputes Pakistan ki courts ki exclusive jurisdiction ke subject honge.
